HIS GOSPEL OF PEACE IS TRANQUILITY

"And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace"  (Eph. 6:15).

Christ being truth is our verity! Christ being righteousness is our purity! (Eph. 6:14). These are our foundation pieces of His armor or character in us, along with His gospel of peace which is our tranquility!  Christians should be the most peaceful people of the face of the earth.  Are they? If not, why not? Christians who do not fully know who they are in Christ in these three areas, will NOT have His peace and tranquility in all areas of life.  These pieces are not up to Christians to pick and choose as we might select.  They are all of Christ, who now lives in us as us,  and they are all necessary.  You can't have just part of Christ as Lord and life.  Salvation was to choose Christ 100% as Lord and life.  If Christ is Lord, then that is 100% Lord, or He is not Lord at all.

These pieces of His character all fit together and they are progressively building the nature and strength of Christ within us, with a renewed mind, so that Christ can more fully express Himself in and through us as us, to and for the Father and others.  If you don't know Christ in you as truth, you will remain walking around in deception, and carried about by every wind of doctrine (Eph. 4:14).  There is certainly no peace or tranquility in that type of walk.  If you don't know Christ as righteousness and purity, then you will be going around in pride and frustration attempting to establish your own righteousness, by doing the works of the law.  That would be just mere flesh, serving the law of sin and death.  There is certainly no peace or tranquility in that type of walk either.  We need to have Christ firmly fixed and established in those two (2) foundational areas.  Then, when we walk in life we will be prepared to walk in the gospel of peace.

What is the gospel of peace?  In our Father's eternal plan, He chose us to be in Christ before the foundation of the world (Eph. 1:4).  Out of our Father's love, He sent His precious Son to earth, born of a virgin, born as the last Adam to reveal His love to all men. Jesus Christ poured out His love to the Father and ultimately became the spotless Lamb who died on the cross for all men.  Our Father was completely and 100% satisfied with Jesus Christ's atonement and sacrifice on the cross with His body and shed blood.  Our Father raised Him to establish His 100% acceptance of His Son's 100% finished and perfect eternal sacrifice.  This made it possible for the Holy Spirit to Spirit rebirth us.   At the Spirit rebirthing, Christ along with His nature and Spirit, was eternally exchanged in Spirit for everything temporal that we had received from Adam and Satan.  Christ's 100% finished work on the cross, was appropriated to us by faith in the Spirit rebirthing.  We now have peace with our Father, because His Son – the Prince of Peace now lives in us.  Christ is now truth in us.  Christ is now righteousness in us.  Christ is now strength and life in us.  That IS the gospel of peace!  That is the gospel of Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery of Christ in you (Rom 16:26).  Any other gospel besides that true gospel is a perverted gospel, and Paul said anyone preaching such should be accursed (Gal. 1:6-9). His gospel of peace is the only source of tranquility!
